The upcoming international MIMAS3 conference will bring together researchers working on marine microbial ecology and interactions, as well as the functional roles of key bacterial groups in ocean systems. We are combining the scientific scopes of the MIMAS and Marine Flavobacteria conference series to foster exchange across disciplines and strengthen a growing, yet still fragmented, research community.
